follow up to my previous blog entry, WE started up our home based small catering business. Mark this date on your calendar (in case we forget to do it on ours)...
OCTOBER 11 2009 - Go Live date for Padma's delights http://sites.google.com/site/padmasdelights/
We have two options for the check out process (one of them not yet public) - the Google form and then a manual email to person submitting the order confirming the order (or) using the Google checkout gadget (which costs dinero to use)
Still debating the pros and CONS of the google checkout gadget
But otherwise we have had some publicity in the form of our friends sending the link out to their friends. We sincerely hope it works.
Now that we have the website up and running and a couple of orders in the order sheet, We seriously have to think about accounting/getting an accountant for managing our books and doing the business taxes. more on that later (mayhap)
